Home of the Persnickety Curmudgeon

The Persnickety Curmudgeon (Est. 2008) is a lovable, irascible sort wise far beyond his years (though we must admit no one knows exactly how old he is, or where he came from for that matter) still he is very wise. He may seem a bit pompous at first but as you get to know him you’ll realize his witty sayings and unique takes on issues of the day and long held beliefs are quite thought provoking. They may seem a bit biting from time to time, but don’t take it personal - it’s all in fun. The Curmudgeon uses only words as a sword and shield and no he doesn’t bite (he is after all an animation - HELLO?!). Debate and discussion are welcome here and anyone may post a response at any time IF YOU DARE. Accept a challenge; try to match wits with the Curmudgeon.

Now we are freedom loving capitalists at heart but this site is open to all anyone so make any point you want but please do so cleanly. (The Curmudgeon considers the use of vulgarities the sign of a weak mind and a weak argument) We do not allow non-sense here and have little patience here for “common sense”. Above average sense required at all times!!!

Come flesh out an opinion, theory or argument. Practice a forensic strategy or an argument you’d like to include in a school paper or letter to the editor. Come research public opinion or prepare for a sermon a political campaign or prepare for a family discussion. Lots of insightful stuff here…
